Position: Senior Implementation Consultant
Location: San Juan Capistrano, California
Responsibilities:
- Perform implementation consulting on our Service Station Software application
- Duties range from implementation analysis, project management, customer training and go live monitoring and support.
- Work on projects Projects ranging from small multi-store service stations (1 –2 month implementation process) to large service station chains (6 month to 1 year implementation process)
- Work with customer executive management to resolve issues that come up during installs
- Provide Post Go live support of customers until transition they are transitioned to support
- Track progress and update project plans of current projects
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and process driven individualPotential travel between 60-70%
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to accomplish tasks successfully in short time periods
- Financial Accounting experience a must
- 4 years minimum experience performing system installation and training
