Vice President, Tire Management Solutions

John Fischer is responsible for sales of our VAST Enterprise product into the Tire Supply chain.  Mr. Fischer joined Aftersoft Network with extensive tire industry experience gained during his tenure at both OpenWebs Corporation and Signal Software - which specialize in providing technology solutions to the tire industry. Prior to joining Aftersoft, Mr. Fischer was Vice President of Sales at OpenWebs Corporation. While at OpenWebs, Fischer successfully secured the largest IT contract awarded in the tire distribution sector with Michelin.

At Signal Software, Mr. Fischer was President, but also held other executive management positions including Executive Vice President, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Operations. In his roles at Signal, Mr. Fischer successfully designed and managed the deployment of SpeedWay, a first generation B2B eCommerce system for the tire industry. He also secured a contract with Michelin Retread Technologies for the sale and implementation of TireTracker - a retread management system that subsequently became the Michelin branded product BIB TREAD.

Mr. Fischer's recent analysis of B2B eCommerce in the automotive aftermarket was published in Crain's Tire Business and has also been a featured speaker at industry conferences around the country.

Mr. Fischer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from Franciscan University.
